I am a big fan of island, I love spending time walking along the beach, sinking our feet into the sand , watching the wave and breathing in the breeze. It would be great if we could afford to spend a few nights staying in an island, just like those fabulous days in Pangkor Laut Resort. We swim, eat and sunbathing all the time with a pretty sea as backdrop and relaxing atmosphere. Everything single thing on the little island blow our mind. We never wanted to say good bye.
When I was planning for a 3 days trip to Jeju Island, U-do had been top on my itinerary and it never disappointed us. The first thing that caught our sight once we get off from the ferry was the stunning sea with 2 layers of color tone and decorated with glitters of greenish coated stone underneath the blue sea. It was so amazing, the natural wonder. Without wasting a minutes, we quickly rented an ATV and riding to start out U-do island adventures.
Though it was an island so much isolated from the hustle and bustle city, but Udo Island was totally different from Pangkor Laut Resort. Unlike the slow, gentle, relaxing holiday gateway heaven – Pangkor Laut Resort, the atmosphere in U-do Island was more to Hawaii style –lively, fun, youthful and happening. Along the way, a few gangs of youngster riding on ATV passed-by us shouting, yelling, giggling and laughing. The happiness was spreading throughout the island. We can’t hold ourselves anymore, and that’s the time we gave up on pre-wedding photo shooting and start to ride like the crazy 18 years old rebellious boy and girl.
So now, let’s look at the beauty of the island, the pictures will tell you the story,
And not to forget to grab a bowl of “black noodles” for lunch before heading back to Jeju Island. It was a common food for all korean, you can find the actor/actress eating it in most of the korean drama/movie. Though from this picture, it looks no tempting at all, but it was so delicious that both of us can’t stop eating.
The day was ended with a big fat bowl of black noodles, it was kind of regret that we did not spend a night on the island as we saw a lot of pretty hostel along the way. If I have the chance to visit Jeju Island again, I would definitely stay in U-do to immerse myself thoroughly in such a stunning island.
